Vegan Almond Halwa –

Badam Burfi –

There are a few different ways to make the badam burfi. Earlier it was made by peeling, soaking, blending and then adding it to reduced milk. To get a thicker consistency, it is cooked further so that it would set to burfi upon cooling. Rava Kesari – 

The Rava Kesari is a healthy South Indian dessert made of semolina, sugar, ghee, and nuts. Under just 25 minutes, this healthy sweet recipe will yield you delicious, flavorful, soft, and fluffy Rava Kesari. It is important to roast Rava in ghee until it’s slightly crunchy and aromatic. While pouring water into the Rava, stir it consistently to prevent lumps. Gulab Jamun –

All you have to do is to get the milk to boil and simmer it for 10 minutes while stirring in-between and scraping the sides of the pan. Add the grated apple after that and mix well and simmer while stirring in-between the recipe. 

Add the sugar substitute, mix well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, once the rabri has been cooled which then you can serve chilled.

Thandai Phirni –

Thandai is a nutty refreshing thick milkshake-like drink, uses a Thandai blend of nuts and spices. You can use the blend to add flavour to the phirni. Phirni is a simple rice pudding often flavoured with just saffron or cardamom. It is creamy, custard-like, lightly flavoured. For a pretty healthy dessert, garnish it with silvered raw or toasted nuts.

Brown rice kheer recipe – 

In India kheer is one of the most popular low-calorie desserts during the festive season. It is easy to cook and delicious made with dash cardamom or saffron and simmered for a long time till the rice is soft and almost dissolving into the milk. All you have to add brown rice, sugar, salt, cardamom seeds with water and cook for 20 minutes. Until smooth blend almond milk with the cashews. 

Toasted coconut ladoo – 

The infamous coconut ladoo is a healthy Indian dessert that can be prepared very easily. Until nicely golden brown, toast the shredded coconut. You now have to add coconut milk or coconut cream and cook for a few minutes. The next step involves adding cardamom and sugar and cook until the liquid dries out. For these ladoos, you can use dried shredded coconut or fresh shredded coconut. You can use also use flavours such as a dash of vanilla extract, or some lemon zest.
